Headache!!!!

Have the most awful headache. Did 3 days of attack and now am in conso again after a break from the diet due to honeymoon and Xmas. Felt brilliant upto Friday when I (a) got stinking cold and (b) got massive stabby behind the eyes headache. Cold feeling better today but the headache is really bad. Anyone else found this? I have been so good and not even had a drop of alcohol - not even on sat night which must be the first time in years!!!

I meant cruise not conso durr. See the headache is making me more senile than usual!!!!

the headache is a common side effect in the first few days and will go take a couple of paracetamol and plenty of water

Feel for you, I've had desperate headaches too but thank goodness they do settle down. Hope you feel better soon

Headache has finally gone yay! Drank tonnes of water and upped the exercise which I think really helped. I just live the support on these forums. Thanks ladies and gents xx
