healthy extras?

I'm going it alone so getting things a little mixed up...can you have 2 of the same healthy extras eg 2x 2 slices wholemeal bread (400g small sliced loaf) so 4 slices in total??

Okay thanks guys i will not do it everyday just got some low syn burgers and want to use the bread as a poor mans bun!

As long as you are doing a red or a green day otherwise remember it is one A and one B x
 
yeah if you are doing extra easy, you would onyl be able to have 2 slices of bread, as it is 1 HEa and 1 HEa a day.

If you are doing the original or green plan then you could have 4 slices of bread, as you get 2 HEa's and 2 HEb's
