    I keep gaining half pound last 2 weeks. I think I'm doing everything right so I don't know what is going wrong.
    I'm posting pictures on ********* too under the same user name.

    Yesterday
    Breakfast
    35g oats HEB
    Raspberries
    Pineapple
    Muller light.

    Lunch
    Carrot
    Lettuce
    Asparagus
    Broccoli
    Cucumber
    Salmon
    Sherry vinegar

    Snacks
    Muller light
    Options indulgence sachet 2 1/2 syns
    Smarties 3 1/2 syns

    Dinner
    2 skinless chicken thighs
    Grapes
    Mango
    30g double Gloucester
    Pom bear 4 syns

    Drinks
    1 green tea with sweetner
    Sugar free squash.

    Total syns 10
