HELP coke zero?

Could someone please tell me if we are allowed aspartame? I know a lot of people drink coke zero but have just checked the ingredients and it contains aspartame? I know you have to avoid citric acid and coke zero has phosphoric acid just unsure of the aspartame thing as I'm sure on someone's thread it said it wasn't allowed?????

you are allowed aspartame, it's just exante leave it out of their products to give consumers a choice. I tend to put it back in

(and as with MSG, the decent, peer-reviewed, properly conducted scientific studies on both additives have concluded there's nothing wrong with either. Both appear to have arisen from panics in the press.)
