help please!

hi guys.this may seem odd.
ive already asked for help in a tech support forum but no answer.
i cant set up my profile properly. each time i try i get blocked and it says i have insufficient user privileges???
any ideas?

you need to post 20 times for some access and 50 for others so get posting and you'll have access in no time! x

its because you need to have posted 50 times then you can do more x

This kind of issue usually relates to the amount of posts you have. You need to post certain amount of times in order to do certain things such as put up a picture or write alot of things on your signature.
