Hen do help!

Hello everyone!

Well it's my hen do next Thursday and I intend to enjoy it to the max as it will be my only one...

Anyway there will be drinking involved (we're doing a cocktail making lesson!) so was wondering what I will need to do to knock myself out of ketosis.

I understand the principle of eating carbs but was wondering how early before hand and how much?

Would a plate of pasta be ok just before or should I have a carby breakfast too? I'm eating afterwards to.

And then back on the exante the next day :)

Thanks for that... I kinda assumed a carb based lunch would be enough...

A few days seems quite a long time! Although it sounds like a good excuse...
