    numerous herbal teas

    homemade cottage pie
    carrots onion peas parsnips swede.
    potato and natural yoghurt topping. mixed herbs
    lean mince- syns
    stock cube-syns

    Bx2 Porridge
    homemade mushroom soup 1 syn for stock-
    m/rooms,onion,black pepper,fromage frais.
    SW Quiche with bacon,tuna,mushroom,onion
    Roast chicken, carrots broccoli, cabbage cauliflower suede with pots and parsnips,peas (synned)
    snacks- muller light, strawberry mousse- jelly(synned),nat yog,mullerlight
    carrots
