#1
Hello there,

Im loving these boards :)

Ive been on and off dieting for a while now and im here to try again, im more determined and im motivated by the fact im doing race for life in june!

unfortunately im not attending any groups because of commitments at home, so im gonna do it myself at home, ive done it before so i pretty much know the jist of it.

Just a quick question before i go, i love parma ham, its that free on a red or do i need to syn it?

Thanks x

Welcome hun, im sure you can be just as successful at home with enough motivation and us to help! everyone is very helpful here )

Im not 100% sure on your parma ham.. obviously all lean meats and fish are free on a red day, but i dont really know what parma ham is so im not entirely sure.. im sure someone else will be able to help.. a few of the girls follow red on here, but i think the majority do the Extra easy plan, which you may not be 100% familiar with if you havmnt attened class in a while. there is a thread covering the ins and outs of EE that im sure someone more technical minded can point you in the direction of.. i love the EE plan, its even more flexible than red or green can you believe? lol xxxxxx

Hi there and welcome.

Unfortunately Parma ham is no longer free. It is 0.5 syns for 28g on a Red Day, 3 syns for 28g on a Green Day and 0.5 syns for 28g on an EE day.

I was doing SW from home until I could afford to go to classes and managed to shed 6.5 stone, yes, you really do have to be really motivated, but if I can do it, then anyone can!

Good luck with your journey!
x

Im tempted to try again on my own, started healthy eating, made my own food plan again yesterday worked out that what I had and enjoyed does fit in with sw aswell so i might aswell be doing this and coming on here getting the support.
Gained a stone since I stopped doing the diet, more than i had lost :(
