I did thank you. Ohh. Curry is amazing though - and I've not found a slimming world one that tastes AS amazing!!! sometimes syns have to be blown!!!!

Another night out tonight - will be drinking - I have allotted quite a lot of syns for this which I will make up for over the coming week. BUT, I haven't been out drinking for a while (last night it was strictly coke!) so I will enjoy myself!
 
Ooh have a great night, can't beat a good girls night out sometimes. We rarely do them, because everywhere to go out here is utter crap!! We usually have wine nights in instead, which is fun, but sometimes it's nice to get the glad rags on ;)

If you cook then there is a curry on the itv Lorraine website called spicy prawn curry. It's quick to do and tastes incredible!!! You can swap the prawns for chicken
 
So - last night was messy!

Got a little too drunk and was sick. More than once. Ooops. I only had three glasses of wine! But, I didn't eat much so that must be it - still odd for me, I can usually drink 3 glasses of wine and I'm fine!

I just can't keep up with it anymore! I'm not having wine for a while I don't think. I'll stick to cider next time!

Going to eat lightly during the day today I think, I've got some peach water next to me, so will be drinking that too. It's sweet and fizzy but sugar free - but hits that I need lukozade (sp?) feeling!!! Got lasagne planned for dinner, but Tom doesn't finish till about half seven, so dinner won't be until eight!

3 glasses of wine doesn't sound too bad for the diet either....I'd have reached for the baileys and naughty take aways probably haha xxx

Oops Laura. Hope you're feeling less delicate now. 3 glasses of wine isn't a lot. Must have been the lack of food.
 
Oh dear... haha. We had a housewarming this weekend and I think my gin's must have been exceptionally larger than a standard measure lol

Is quorn lasagne free? Did you buy it or make it yourself with quorn mince?
 
I made it myself using Quorn lasagne - and no, mine isn't!!! I worked it out to be about five syns per portion including a healthy extra. Quorn mince is free though, and you could make it less sinful by not using white sauce and use quark or something. (I just put the white sauce on the top layer so help cut down the syns!)
 
Food today. Was okay - but I over-cooked the salmon which was a shame!

The pancakes were VERY thin and there was only 2.5 of them. Didn't measure out the ingredients, but I think ten syns should cover it!
 
Planning on running tonight - Week 2. Will go a little after dinner I think :) I'm having a lazy leftovers day today. I can't be bothered to cook!
