    Hi everyone, my name is Lisa and ive been doing slimming world for 3 weeks, so far ive lost 9llbs and i really want to boost my weight loss, i was aiming for 1stone a month, has anyone any good receipe's or tips?

    18/01/11 Starting weight 17st 1 1/2
    25/01/11 1st weigh in 16st 11 1/2 -4
    01/02/11 2nd weigh in 16st 9 1/2 -2
    08/02/11 3rd weigh in 16 6 1/2 -3
