menu for today

B: half bowl shredded wheat, smoothie banana,plum
D: 2 thins ,2 baby bel,2 spring onions,60g mixed meat, curly wurly
T: salmon fillet, 100g pasta shells,carrots,cauliflour, parsley sauce,& banana angel delight sugar free 1/2 strawberry
 
haha and do you know girls i hate sausage rolls lolol i like sausages depends which they are though i like chicken,turkey or pork and leek hahaha i am a funny lass x x

Hope the soreness is subsiding, but thank goodness it's nothin serious and all healing x

the soreness it still there but feeling a little better than it was
i always say karma will get them what goes around comes around and i know for sure that they will get what they have given out horrid snakes i hate folk like that there people i would not wipe my feet on but im not going to get bitter im going to just watch and see what happens x x
 
W.I. today i have lost 1.7lbs

B: 100g gammon,2 poached eggs,2 thins a little brown sauce
D: little mixed meat,4 spring onions, light baby bel,1 thin 10g light salad cream
T: 2 pork and leek sausages,carrots,onions,parsnips,mushrooms,gravy granules all in slow cooker 100g mashed potatoes with little drop of skimmed milk,2 yorkshire puddings,strawberry jelly no added sugar with fresh strawberries

ive hit roast beef, I only have 1 roast potato, with a heap of green veg. Yummmmm.
