Hi, i'm Rose, currently trying my own healthy eating plan to lose some pounds.

Suffer from IBS so food is always a problem & also now going through the menopause & have noticed my waistline has disappeared!

Would like to share your tips & hear how others are doing:D

Thanks, i am experimenting with bread at the moment. I cut it out as i know that it makes me put on weight, however, within days i suffer with constipation:mad: (Can't win, either way)!

So at the mo, i am trying 100% wholemeal bread as being high fibre it should help. So far, so good...:)
