    Weighed this morning as wanted correct weight for starting May challenge... I've only been on this since Monday and have lost 9lbs!!! :D I actually stepped on and off the scales several times to make sure it was right - could it be???

    I know most of this will be fluid but hey - it's going the right way!!!

    Yes of course it can be right....
    As you say a first week is mainly fluids and some of us lose loads int he first couple of weeks...
    But Well done!!!!!
    You will be soon loads and loads lighter....
    Remember your scales may differ a little from your cdc so don't worry if there is a slight difference, as long as its a downward trend!!

    Haven't seen my CDC yet as had packs from the last time I tried this (thankfully they're still in date!) so both weights from my own scales :bliss:
