Is it just me or is anyone else with excess weight so fricken WARM all the time?!? It doesnt matter what temperature it is outside - it could be snowing heavily and im still roasting!
I know its not thyroid or flushing or any other medical issues so it must just be the weight (im 19 stone). Dont know about you lot but i cant wait to lose some weight and feel cold again!!!

I did used to get very hot in the summer - my head was always sweaty! I do know that, having lost 9.5st, I am flipping freezing all the time now lol. Sometimes I miss my insulation, but never mind! :) xx

Yep! I find I sweat very easily too. So one or two seconds being overheated and I sweat :( So embarrassing :(

Im the same, I sweat at the drop of a hat - especially on my face which makes me so self conscious! Especially when people say 'oh...are you hot? You're sweating!' How rude!

I sweat when I'm anxious or anything too though so I'm just doomed! At least if I'm thinner people won't just assume it's because I'm overweight!

Haha I hate it when people point it out. Yes I know, I can feel it. You embarrassing me about it only makes it happen more! :(
