How do i work out syns?

    For example, somewhere on here it says a packet of old el paso taco seasoning is 4 syns, so does that mean you would have to eat the whole lot for it to be 4 syns or if it serves 4 people it would be 1 syn per meal? :confused:

    If the packet is 4 syns and you ate it all you have had 4 syns if you share between 4 people you have had 1 syn, share between 8 its half a syn :)

    Just found a great syn calculator on this forum here it is:

    Thought this might be helpful. Got it off SW website a while back. I keep it as a note in my phone for when I'm shopping etc. Bare in mind obviously free food values for working out syns but it's handy if you fancy a cake or chocolate and you don't know the syn value. It saved me from eating a bakewell tart at my mums last week! Lol

    65-74. 3.5
    75-84. 4.0

    125-134. 6.5
    135-144. 7.0
    145-154. 7.5
    155-164. 8.0
    165-174. 8.5
    175-184. 9.0
