We all pay lots of attention to the numbers on the scales, but I'm wondering how people have done in terms of inches lost? Also curious as to if you do exercise?
I'm interested in seeing what people's body measurements are like but if you're not comfortable posting that, then posting your losses is fine!
I have more of an apple shape, as guys typically do. At 13st 4lbs, my measurements are:
chest - 40.2 inches
waist - 41.5
hips above bum - 38.6
hips around bum - 40
left thigh - 25.5
right thigh - 25
upper left arm - 13.5
upper right arm - 13
Total losses:
Chest - 4.5 inches
Waist - 6.5 inches
Hips above bum - 5 inches
Hips around bum - 6 inches
Left thigh - 4.5 inches
Right thigh - 5 inches
Upper left arm - 2 inches
Upper right arm - 1.5 inches
So that's around 35 inches lost in total.
I'm hoping that as my target draws closer, I'll lose more inches in the next stone lost than I would do losing a stone in the heavier stages.
