How were people feeling on thier second week?

    I managed my first week weel felt on top of the world no headaches dizziness or none of the bad stuff i had read about, However I am on day 10 and yesterday was the worst day so far i was starving almost tucked into some bolognaise i had cooked for the family but resisted!!!
    I felt really depressed and had a cry to dh that i could not go on and felt really miserable. However am feeling better today but have decided to sit on my a£$% all day and do nothing.
    How did other people feel during there second week?

    Hi evil evie, it's my second week too and I can SOOO get where you are! I don't feel hungry but I could eat eat eat! Think I am missing the food in my mouth! My way of coping is to drink lots of water and peppermint tea and try to keep busy! Good luck, just think about how fab you are going to look when you lose the weight! I know it keeps me going!

    The 3rd week's been a bu88er of a week (posted how I felt to my blog) for me and resulted in a pitiful weight loss of just 2lbs, but I'm sure that I know why and today I feel a lot better so on with week 4. Read other peoples' diaries and blogs and you'll see that being on this diet is like being on a roller-coaster! My moods are sooooo changeable and I was already menopausal to start with!:devilangel:

    Same, missing food but not really hungry.. missing my weekends but weekly weigh ins are what keep me going, oh also no energy and feeling tired but its all part of the fun :D lol

    I see that we've had exactly the same losses.......a crappy week isn't very motivating is it? I want to feel like the first week....every week! Totally unrealistic but a girl can hope can't she?:sig

    Sorry Rachel, I only looked at your first three weeks.....brain isn't what it was without food lol ....Finally read your post properly.....having a serious blonde moment!

    lol yeah noticed in another thread are losses are the same, i just keep telling myself next week has to be a big loss if it isnt im gonna cry!!!! lool
