Its day 8 on Xenical and i have been following the rules of a healthy low fat diet, Yesterday on my way home from work i felt so Ill, My stomach was straining like i had trapped wind but at the same time it felt like hunger rumbles, Ive also had terrible headaches , and periods of tiredness, I have been drinking plenty of water, Fruit, veg etc..is it maybe because the Xenical is just starting to take hold. I havent had any "nasty" B/M side effects as such , On a brighter not my trousers are fitting easier and are quite baggy around the thighs and bum! will this mean ive lost weight this week? Im going to weigh myself next week..I kinda feel scared of weighing myself incase my expectations are too high (Is that silly?) Thanks guys :) x

It does sound like it could wind caused by Xenical hun, but equally if you were on your way home after work, and it was getting near to your meal time, then it could be hunger too. The headaches more than likely are down to the Xenical. A lot of people do get them, and they are a known side effect too.
    xx
