Hey Helen
Well done chick 4 lbs is amazing! And 2 weeks running is even more amazing! You're doing fantastic and your food looks yummy. I've never had faggots though what are they like?

Well done you

Speak soon

Thanks Nic, it's a first 2 lose so much in 2 weeks & it's spurring me on. Although I am genuinely enjoying taking control of food again instead of the other way around.

tbh I haven't had faggots for years! From memory they are similar to large meatballs in gravy but with a softer consistency & bits of onions throughout. I realise they don't really go with rice but thought it would make a change to having potatoes.

Also the fish I mentioned (youngs gastro pub) is half price on offer for £2 in Iceland at the moment :)

hope u r enjoying the BH weekend.

Helen

It's great feeling I in control again isn't it. I. Think I'll give the faggots a miss. I like meatballs but prefer a coarse consistency. I'm just Defrosting the freezer so will call into iceland this week to try some of the fish.

Hi Helen how's your day been? Nic x

Hi Nic, it's been good thanks. Fishcakes were yummy, I was tempted to have 3 as they were so low on points, but decided that would be greedy lol!

I'm going to have a lovely dessert of meringue/strawberries/R Ripple mousse before an early night.

Your diary looks yummy today and much more filling. How are you getting on?

Helen :)

Hi. Helen,

I just wondered which Half Fat Cheese you buy? I buy Cathedral City Lighter but that's only 30% Less so wondered if there is a better one! X

Serena x

Hi Serena, it's Good Life half fat mature cheese from Co-op. £2 for 240g. It's tasty & I would recommend it :)

All the best on your journey.

Is there any chance you could send me the Protein, Carb, Fat, Fibre per 100g so I could work it out compared with my CC Lighter? X
