and what an achievement - absolutely fantastic, congratulations - you must be over the moon.

Can I just ask - how hard was it to lose the last stone??? I'm now 15lbs from goal and have been cheating so I am moving up through the stages now.

Hi Lenny,

Thank you for your lovely comments. It seemed like forever getting the last bit off because you just know how close you are and temptations get harder to avoid. Just avoid them for four weeks and you should be there... drink lots of water and dont cheat. You CAN do this! You are so close. Make sure you let me know when you get there!
