I have gone down in clothes size!

yesterday I had to wear a size 18 clothes as my 20/22 clothes just hang off me now, I am so chuffed! I don't need a belt or anything to hold them up but hey, im moving down dress sizes slowly!

Well done Nessa. It feels great doesnt it. Keep at it and you will be in the 16s soon, then the 14s..... It will happen really quickly if you stay on track.
