bless you Abz, I don't normally have a shake until sort of lunchtime unless I am using a tetra within coffee instead of milk....

Good luck today, day 5 things may get a little easier today, but don't forget water water water...

lunchtime!! couldn't handle that. i have my last one around 6-6.30 on an evening and am quite happy after that.

there are donuts in the work kitchen. aaaaaaaargh, ha. thing is, other than the fact i want one because they are nice, i'm not that bothered other than the kneejerk oh my god there are donuts and i'm not allowed them waaah reaction, ha. when i'm thinking about it, it's a bit meh...

Resist the doughnuts.. just think of all the fat they are cooked in, think of them as sponges for that fat...yuk.. (even though they are bl**dy fantastic).. they will be there when you are at goal... they are not gone forever...

i know. i'm having a choc mint for brekkie so i don't feel deprived. in fact, i'm not going to go into the kitchen to make my coffee until i've finished it so i'm not even tempted. i wouldn't give in, but straining against temptation does get rather tiresome. can't believe it's only been a few days, ha. i did realise last night that i find this difficult in some ways because with other diets it takes a while to get over the novelty and get sick of what you can have and want to break the rules. on cd you have to resist from day one. there's nothing to distract you when your OH has pizza. somehow having a drink isn't quite the same. but i love that i don't have the choice to make, and therefore can't go overboard because i can't start...

Well hun I am only a couple of days ahead of you, and I haven't been perfect but as long as I stick to it in the majority that is what I am aiming for...

A few weeks after I stated I kept missing 'meals' cos just didn't think about it so started setting my alarm to tell me to eat lol!! x

When I started, I used to be counting when I could have my packs, now I have to think about it :) Particularly in work I dont have the first one till nearly 2pm, if I get distracted it could be well into the afternoon and I'm thinking damn forgot my early pack :)

Its really bad.. but if im in ketosis... i could literally not eat at all.. it wouldnt affect me in the slightest.. i had to force myself to have packs.. its reet bad..
