I ate my first SS+ meal yest which was turkey breast and to be honest it was hardly worth cooking it was so small! I've juist dry fried up the quorn mince we're allowed and OMG it was huge! I actually struggled to finish it!

That's definitely gonna be on the menu from now on!

And it's only SS+! I really don't think I could handle the 810 portions!

I have quorn every day on ss+. I defrost 3 fillets then wrap them in tinfoil with veg buillion and my veg, then pop them in the oven for 20 mins. Its great and keeps me going on this diet :)
