'I MUST I WILL I CAN' Food Diary

    Hi all. After rejoining SW for third time, I would like to lose somewhere in the region of 4st. I have lost 10lb so far but the past two weeks I have STS. Was very disappointed and handed in a food diary to C to check. Been on EE since June but might try R&G this week to see if it makes a difference.

    I got to the meeting in Orangefield Church Hall, Greenock every Wednesday.

    FOOD DIARY: THURS 19/08/2010 - GREEN DAY

    B - 250ml s/s milk (HA), 28g porridge (HB), Banana, Coffee

    S - Rhubarb Mullerlight, HiFi Bar (HB)

    L - Lentil Soup (Red Lentils, 2x Ham stock, 2x Veg stock, Leeks, Chopped Carrot, Grated carrot, Salt & Pepper)

    S - Vanilla Mullerlight with Dark Chocolate pieces

    D - Baked potato, beans, 28g Cheddar Cheese (HA)

    S - Mini Milk Ice lolly(1.5)

    Total Syns - 1.5

    B - HiFi Bar (HB), Mullerlight, Mandarins

    S - Banana

    L - Lentil Soup (Red Lentils, 2x Ham stock, 2x Veg stock, Leeks, Chopped Carrot, Grated carrot, Salt & Pepper)

    S - Birthday cake (Tesco tray cake - 11)

    D - Baked potato, baked beans, 28g Cheddar Cheese (HA)

    S - 250ml s/s milk (HA), 28g Bran Flakes (HB), Green grapes, Red grapes, sweetener, Mullerlight, Pepsi Max

    Total Syns - 11

    I thought today went quite well and as it was my dad's birthday, saved my syns for a piece of cake ;) Felt quite full-up today, so obv had enough to eat. Feel more comfortable on R&G I think lol :p x

    L - Wafer thin ham, cherry tomatoes, strawberries

    S - Mini milk x2 (3)

    D - Extra lean mince, oxo cubes, chestnut mushrooms, shallots, carrots, 28g cheddar (HA), 198g new potatoes (HB)

    S - slice white bread & butter (5)

    Total Syns - 8

    Weigh in tomorrow and as I look back at my food diaries for the past few days, it should be a good result. Here's hoping, fingers crossed!!
