Tuesday 25th February:

Had Friday, Saturday and Sunday off plan in the end but went straight back on to it yesterday.

Weighed in this morning and have maintained which was better than I was expecting. We have a 3 course meal out this coming Sunday so going to have slightly reduced syns this week to try and counter it.

D - Ended up going to Nandos!! Tried to minimise the syns so I had the veggie pitta (minus the mayo which isn't vegan!) and a side of the luso beans. I know it's naughty but I've counted the pitta towards my HEB as I never do that and minus the mayo syns and with the beans, am guessing at around 15 syns or so.
