i'm not alowed to carry on with SS for a while

due to an minor op next week, blood tests i have to move onto the 1000plan now untill the wound has healed and my results are through.

i cant find my yellow book atm, so will have to look up what i am allowed, as dont want to gain weight by going off the rails.

its just to get a mole removed, but CDC phoned HO todaqy to double check and i need to be on the higher plans, 790 isnt enough.

glad i mentioned it, as would hate for soemthing to go wrong.
