Hey

I was just wondering what everyone finds comes off easiest inches or lbs? What do people prefer to see the loss in their waist of their scales? Personally I love an inch loss!

This is a very good question. I'd say to start with it was weight but now I'm nearly at goal I'd say inches.

Total loss on cambridge - 3 stone 1lb :)

The lbs matter because that'll be your goal probably. But it feels so amazing when you're clothes are too big and you have to buy a smaller size!!!

It's the pounds for me, the nearer I get to target, the more inches I've lost so the two go pretty much go hand in hand really anyway.

It's nice losing the inches from my waistline, but losing the pounds does other things like having just the one chin without the baggy bit hanging underneath which of course aren't measurable, so jotting down pounds lost are what I look at and refer back to when I'm having an off day. :)

I go for both because I'm greedy!

I have lost about the same in inches as I have in pounds, and the inches help when you sts or only have 1lb loss as it keeps you motivated.
