Off to a wedding in 5 weeks and hoping to lose half a stone?
Now that the lighter nighhts are here - walking and cycling are an option?
Need a bit of inspiration food wise - getting in a bit of a rut?
BF - 1 slice W/M (HexB) and 2 boiled eggs
Lunch - Fruit and a yoghurt
Sunday Roast Quorn, carrots, swede and green beans and SP
Hex A - Milk for coffees
Aiming to drink 6 glasses of water?
Exercise - Starting with Thigh Trainer. Thighs and Arms.
