Weigh in tomorrow and the scales show a gain of 6lbs. Hopefully It's not a gain tomorrow![]()
Wow that's good!! I'm being mostly good, I want to maintain this week- if I lose 1/2 again its fine, I just don't want to keep losing!Well that was unexpected, 8.3 this morning so that's 4 off since thurs morning! Just goes to show what a bit of being back on plan can do, and I can only improve on that number, I'd love to see 8.1 on the weds weigh in, just like I was a bit back.
Do you weigh at home regular or is this just a one off only your scales may be wrong?
Omg the scales are still showing 2.5lbs down xx

How good would it be to be at the bottom of your target range (in my case 11st) so you'd HAVE to gain the following week so you don't fall out of range???
I've been trying to resist weighing myself this week and it's getting harder each day, almost relented earlier but realised what I was doing just in time! Trying to make it through to Monday morning for official SW weigh in without weighing at home - quite scary going without weighing all week, I feel lost without the safety net of knowing how I'm doing.
Feeling a bit fat but that could be psychological as I've been 100% on plan all week with a number of success express days too. Biggest fear is that I might put on since I've not been monitoring my weight as carefully.
However I'm hoping that putting my trust in the process this week and refraining from weighing will give my body (and mind!) a break and let it do its thing without stressing over the numbers every day.
I'd so love to see the 9s on those scales on Monday - fingers crossed!![]()
Oh yes normally I'm a day and night weigher also but I thought I'd challenge myself this week to see if I could go a week without and also thought it would be an interesting mental experiment to see whether there was any difference. The last three weeks I've seen my weight go up about 2 lbs on the day after weigh in then I've been fighting hard to get it back down again for weigh in day and stressing a lot on Sunday night/Monday morning. Managed to get it back down the first 2 weeks but then the 3rd week I had to take a 0.5lb gain, which was frustrating as I had just got my 2 st award.
Fingers crossed anyway - I believe in you SW![]()
Lol who me?If you've been on plan then you'll be fine!
Weighing whether it be daily, weekly or hourly (Dougal lol!!!!) is a personal journey and choice, me? I decide to weigh daily in hope that it does keep me on track when I see those pesky larger numbers!
Good luck for weigh in. Xx
