Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

Weigh in tomorrow and the scales show a gain of 6lbs. Hopefully It's not a gain tomorrow :(

Well that was unexpected, 8.3 this morning so that's 4 off since thurs morning! Just goes to show what a bit of being back on plan can do, and I can only improve on that number, I'd love to see 8.1 on the weds weigh in, just like I was a bit back.
Wow that's good!! I'm being mostly good, I want to maintain this week- if I lose 1/2 again its fine, I just don't want to keep losing!

How good would it be to be at the bottom of your target range (in my case 11st) so you'd HAVE to gain the following week so you don't fall out of range???

I'm showing 9st9.25 this morning...almost 2lbs down from Tues, would love that to be the case on tues night!!

Woo hoo! The scales have moved, have said 9st 7 for 2 weeks now, despite being 100%! This morning 9st 5 1/2, and that was an hour after breakfast!!! X

Omg the scales are still showing 2.5lbs down xx

Oh I'd love to be at bottom of target as I want to see the 7's even just to say I got there!

Besides, today's weight will be short lived after the chilli I've just made, there's a bottle of dark beer in it and I'm definitely having some vino later! 10 cups of peppermint tea and loads of sf won't save me today I fear! I always overeat on chilli!

I've been trying to resist weighing myself this week and it's getting harder each day, almost relented earlier but realised what I was doing just in time! Trying to make it through to Monday morning for official SW weigh in without weighing at home - quite scary going without weighing all week, I feel lost without the safety net of knowing how I'm doing.

Feeling a bit fat but that could be psychological as I've been 100% on plan all week with a number of success express days too. Biggest fear is that I might put on since I've not been monitoring my weight as carefully.

However I'm hoping that putting my trust in the process this week and refraining from weighing will give my body (and mind!) a break and let it do its thing without stressing over the numbers every day.

I'd so love to see the 9s on those scales on Monday - fingers crossed!

If you've been on plan then you'll be fine!

Weighing whether it be daily, weekly or hourly (Dougal lol!!!!) is a personal journey and choice, me? I decide to weigh daily in hope that it does keep me on track when I see those pesky larger numbers!

Good luck for weigh in. Xx

I weigh myself morning and night. And it works for me. I can then kick myself if its going up. I write down my weight every Friday toke a check. I think I would give up midweek if I didn't

Oh yes normally I'm a day and night weigher also but I thought I'd challenge myself this week to see if I could go a week without and also thought it would be an interesting mental experiment to see whether there was any difference. The last three weeks I've seen my weight go up about 2 lbs on the day after weigh in then I've been fighting hard to get it back down again for weigh in day and stressing a lot on Sunday night/Monday morning. Managed to get it back down the first 2 weeks but then the 3rd week I had to take a 0.5lb gain, which was frustrating as I had just got my 2 st award.

Fingers crossed anyway - I believe in you SW :D

I could not go a week. I always slack on a Friday and Saturday. And hate myself for it. (I get weighed Friday morning) like this week I have put a pound on so now I need to lose 5lb in 5 days instead of 4lb in 7. I cannot do this again. Next week I must not ease up.

Lol who me? :p
Only hourly(!!) if I'm that bored lol!
I need to weigh daily, otherwise I'd have fallen off the wagon months ago!!

Well the scales are reluctantly still saying 8.3 but I did see 8.4 flash, my scales are rubbish, they don't do Halves even!

I've been good and haven't weighed my self since Tuesday morning (on the home scales, mainly because I know I've eat stuff I know I shouldn't have during the week, nothing major just more indulgent treats) and I'm down to 9st 2.8lb! Which means I've dropped another 1.2lb! It's absolutely crazy since I need to maintain the 9st 4.0lb to make me roughly 9st 4.5lb on the group scales on a Tuesday night. (Targets 9st 5lb).

My scales say 11st 4.8 this morning oops!!
That'll be the Indian last night and just general picking at rubbish! I need to have a couple of 100% days now to get back to target before Wednesday!!
