Hi, well reading back and forth I have decided to go straight into counting Pro points. I'm not going to confuse myself with Simple Start etc. Can anyone tell me if there is a list of free foods for pro points please. I am waiting on my books to arrive and want to start today. Also, is there a list or general guide for the basics i.e. milk/bread etc.? Sorry if this has been asked before, I am very very new to this new Pro points system.
