Hi everyone. I've been out for a christmas meal in an Italian tonight and just wanting some advice on my choices (too late I know but will probably go back again!)
Everything was pretty synfull but I chose:
Starters; Mushrooms cooked in garlic butter. I figured the mushrooms are super free and I tried to kind of squeeze them with my fork before I ate them to get any excess butter out.
Mains: Penne with bolognese, mushrooms, pepperoni, cheese and a big side salad. Cheese was definately in my HE extra but it was pretty oily.
I'm really proud of myself for not having afters :D

Unfortunately it's really impossible to tell what sort of syns this meal contains. We don't know whether the mince was extra lean, the quantities of synful ingredients, how much oil went into the bolognese, etc.

Just going to have to draw a line under the meal and get back to plan tomorrow, I think. There's no real way to guesstimate here.
