Oh Nina - poor Miffy - big hugs and hoping the fluids & force fedding do the trick.

My restart has been a total bloody joke. I feel like a complete idiot - I do really well all day and then have binged this evening. I think I may be something to do with having my first period in like 6 weeks (It must be all that crap I ate over christmas). I even contemplated making myself vomit. Not funny and not clever.

Fresh start tomorrow, going to go for a run with the dog at crack of dawn before doing my horse. And then back to work! Hoping that'll keep me occupied.
