    Up early in a cold house this morning,.,,the Council is gonna get some earache this morning from me.:mad:

    Starting the day on a good note, a further 4 pounds lighter!!!:D:D:D

    morning spooks. hope you werent too cold last night. give them hell on the phone this morning and demand that someone comes out today to fix it. tell them they're lucky it didnt fall onto one of your kids and cause an injury so its not a claim for compensation.

    fab news about the 4lb hun, is that in a week or just since monday?

    hoping for another fabby day today. I feel great

    I am cold............jack frost has been here and everting is white. I feel for you Spooks, you give em what for today!

    Glad you are still positive Sam, wont be long now.

    Im on my 1st GT and have water. Must drink more today. I will be dog walking shortly and I have got an easier day. So I should be able to get 4 -5 down.

    Sneaky weighin this morning and 2lbs down also totm so happy with that.

    Sorry to hear your'e cold spooks.

    Got a stinking headache today, but I don't think I drank enough yesterday:(. I was painting all of yesterday and i just forgot....no water and paint fumes....... yum. It was also DD 17th birthday so we all went out for a meal. Well they did LOL! Then they had GU cake, and a neighbour gave me a box of choccies for something I did for him, which they are all tucking into! I had to have a slice of turkey, some cabbage and broccoli and no gravy! It will be worth it, it will be worth. Now say it again, it will be worth it!

    Hope you get your heating sorted soon Spooky and glad you girls are keeping up the challenge.
    Of course it will be worth it BB,stay positive and keep drinking the water.

    Day3 of half term.Got to get kids cracking on their homework-fun!!!Cravings have not been as bad this week and my scales are moving nicely this week so looking forward to WI at end of week.

    Good morning all,
    I hope you get some heat soon Spooky and well done BB, it will be worth it.

    I tried a muffin this morning and have just eaten a cup of sticky type dough - definetly didn't work but I didn't dare cook it for longer in case I burnt it all.

    Got a few hours this morning on my own so will get some work done and then the kids will be back - but good news for today - both kids and dh are having a cooked meal out today so no cooking tonight!

    Well i need to glugg more water today to,as intake is pants again, had a rubbish night sleep,and when i did sleep i must have slept wrong as have gor a really sore painfull shoulder now thats been smotherd in muscle rub so i smell er rather yuch lol,kids came downstairs all saying same thing "cor whats that yuck smell", kids dont ya just love em lol

    Don't even talk to me folks I am not worthy!!!! :mad:

    I've spoken to my CDC and I've decided to up myself to the 790 program. Now I will still try and do SS everyday, but if I do have a meal I'm not going to feel guilty anymore!!!

    So does this mean I'm no longer part of the group...:eek:

    Morning :D congratulations on weight losses, have just been for my weigh in and lost 3.5lb this week :D I wanted to be under 14 this week and so have achieved that:party0011:

    Why are you not worthy Nat ? There is nothing wrong in doing the 790 plan :)

    nellis,doing the 790 is great idea if yout stuggling n ss and the loss each month is very close to ss

    just cos your moving up a plan you are still very welcome on the daily.as its not just for ssers, i still come on here and i am on the 1200 plan now !!

    I just can't face not eating!!!!:mad: I know it's psychological but I can't help it!!

    I had an AAM on Monday and a 790 on Tuesday. It could just be that it's my TOTM due (which is now 3 days late!!!! grrrrr!!!!!) and that I am ultrahormonal!!!!:(

    then I think you're doing the sensible thing if you can't cope without eating at the moment - far better plan than no plan at all :hug99:

    Day 16

    Been really positive until yesterday had a hard day didn't cave but was pretty close. Was in bed by 10 last night feel better this morning but still not as positive as I was. Do you think this will pass or am I on the slippery slope.

    My weeks 3 & 4 have been difficult. Just keep going and DRINK LOADS!!!!

    And keep coming back for support!! They guys are fabulous!!! :gen126:

    Ahhhh Nat - you do whats best for you and what you can achieve, simple as that - I know Missy's not been on as she's moved last weekend but I believe that majority of her loss was on 790plan, and STBG is losing 3lb a week on it - so if it works for you girl, you do it xxx
