Oh my goodness I am shattered! I've spent the last two hours building my birthday present - A Tony Little Gazelle Elite!

I must admit building the thing has exhausted me so I'm not sure it'll get much use today but I'll finally be able to exercise without excuses and hopefully that'll really help with the losses.

I should probably have waited til my DH was home to help build it, but I was determined! As I was lugging the pieces up stairs and bemoaning how heavy they were I suddenly thought, I wonder how much it weighs? So guess what?
The heavy piece I was struggling to carry weighed 16lbs!! That's what I've lost so far!!

It's amazing to feel how much you have lost and very inspiring!!

Wow, that's amzing when you think about it. I have only lost 6lbs so far, but I did go into Sainsbury and pick up three bags of sugar and I suddenly appreciated how much 6lbs is.

It really is amazing how we carry extra weight around with not really realising it.

    Enjoy your excercise!!

My unofficial weight loss (first thing in the morning, and taking into account the 5lb gain before I even started!) is 3.5 stone. :D That's the same weight as my five year old son, who I can't carry up the stairs... I find it really shocking that three months ago I was carrying that around with me all the time.

Now I've just got the lose the eqvuialent of my three year old daugher and I'll be done! :D :D

    CD is amazing!!!! :scale:
