The B!tch is back !!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Hey All,

Hope you're all still losers lol!

Just popped on to see how you're all getting on, but far too many posts to catch up with at this time of the morning.

3lbs down for me this week.

Hope you all have a good week.

Louale x

Great results ladies, really fantastic to see the weight keeps dropping off at a good rate this far through.

Keep going, the end is in sight for many of us now

WOW! Emveg and Sean, both amazing achievements!

And everyone else is also doing so well! You're all amazing.

Just to update I have officially stopped doing LL, I'm doing it by feeling my way a bit and finding out which types of food suit me at different times of day, plus exercise. I feel that this is a better long term solution for me anyway. Not to say I'm not jealous of you guys still doing amazingly well and being big losers!!
So I'll still be lurking round even if just for moral support, cos you guys were so darn supportive of me and I'm not leaving you! :D

Good luck PB - I didn't know this. You know yourself better then anyone, and I hope it works out for you......just be very very veryyyyyy careful.....its risky what you are doing, so do stay in touch here for the support.

Hey, just hada little nosey around here, and you all are doing SO WELL!!!! WELL DONE!!! What a great goupr you are!

Jessica - you look WONDERFUL!

FoxTrot - you be careful - so sorry to hear you had that trouble, and really hope youa re ok now!

LConnor - I believe you signed a contract saying you would buy the packs each week. The basis is abstainance, as you know, and fiddling with lapses etc., does make it harder for you in the long run - so maybe their making you pay twice is a way to encourage you to stay on the plan, and as outlined in your contract. LLCs all operate differently - mind did not charge those who had extra packs twice - but in all rights, she could have.

Anyway - what a group of diamonds you all are!

KEEP ROCKIN IT YOU SKINNY MINIS!!!!!! :D :D :D

Hey Siim!! Glad to have you back!! Hope you're heads with us now, that's a great loss!!!

Everyone is doing so well again. :D

BP is a little on the low side again this morning but nowhere near like yesterday. It was probably just an adjustment measure by my body and, as usual, it warned me too late!!

I'm feeling pretty good and have a big meeting later on today. I have found a lovely little size 14 number to wear so quite happy with that.

And OH had me in stitches this morning pretending to play the xylophone on my alleged ribs and singing Dem Bones!

Hope you all have good days too!!!

Onwards and Downwards!!

ehehe thats sweet! I love when my OH does stuff like that.

Day before I was stretching and my top lifted up over my tummy - he just shouted out "You are so cute. You are just so tiny!" :D :D

Then yesterday he came up from behind, picked me up and swung me around and said, "I am going to miss you!!!! Though theres not much left to miss!!"

Makes me really beam when he does stuff like that. BLess him. :D

Glad your BP is kind of stabilising - be careful with that! :)

xx

Lost 4.6lb this week which kinda makes up for the 1.6 last week so very pleased.

Stressfull times for me at the moment as my husband was made redundant yesterday :cry:and has been there less than a year so no payout but determined to carry on with my LL journey as I've not lost 40lb to give up now.

Hope you are all having a better week than me! x

I hope your husband finds another position soon. You have done brilliantly on LL so far. Fingers crossed it all works out for you. xx

Well done to everyone else for losing again this week - Westie, Louale, Foxtrot, Janey B and anyone else I have missed out. Brilliant!! :D

Emveg - what a buzz to get into your target jeans. Are you going to buy a new target pair??

Hi everyone, I'm trying to catch up with all the posts since my last time on here but there's so many!! But sounds like everyone is going great guns still !!!! :happy096:

I lost 4lbs this week which puts me right on the 3stone which was my target and although I have now got my RTM books I intend doing the other 3 weeks and hope to lose another 4-5lbs. I bought lots of new stuff at the weekend (all size 12's :):D:D:D) and although it all fits it would be nice for it to feel a bit looser. Since I have been wearing most of my old stuff (or at least my old stuff from the thin side of the wardrobe:p) I have got used to looser clothing.

Welcome back SIIM - I'm glad yr back!
Foxtrot please be careful and dont do anything with yr bp medication without seeing your GP - he may well take you off it when he sees you but maybe decrease it at first. Let him/her monitor it first. But I would say its a good sign!!!!
