Jaxmummys food and feelings diary

Starting today after a very up and down dieting past. At my lowest i got down to 9st 7 with slimming world at my heaviest i was 16st 10. Currently im 15st 10 and would love to be around 10 by next August as i am getting married. So i thought by writing on here will help and encourage me.


Breakfast / Dinner
