    Lunch
    Leftover pasta & pork meatballs [6]

    Snack

    WW Rich Toffee Bar [1.5]

    Tea
    Saag Aloo with chicken and a naan bread [8]

    C&O Mccoys 5

    2 ww chocolate bars, forget which ones [3.5]

    Tea

    Ham & cheese on toast

    Late Supper
    Tuna Korma - 4.5. Gads. Don't do it, people..... it's not good!
