Hi all, I'm on day 3 of this diet and I must admit I am loving it. I am a big fan of meat and really wish that I'd heard about this diet ages ago. I weighed myself this morning and I'm almost 3lbs down so really pleased about that. I have been on and off a VLCD since december and have lost about 50lbs. I've really struggled sticking to it though as I like to actually eat instead of drinking the yakky shakes. I'm going on holiday in 6 weeks and would love to be a stone lighten by then, I think that is a realistic goal. Im also exercising daily. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
