Hello all
I just started last wednesday and following the green plan as I am a veggie.
I read the other diaries so thought it was a good idea to make one my self as well for my first week.
*Thursday* 21st April
Breakfast:
1 slice of wholemeal bread (hexB) with a poached eggs
Snack:
Grapes, strawberries
Coffee
Lunch:
Egg noodles with soy sauce, mushroom, cabbage and onions
Dinner:
Baked beans in tomato sauce.
Quorn Sausage
Snack:
Gherkins, cucumbers
Syns:
none
