That tux on big was hilarious! I'm trying to convince my OH to get monocle since he's now has a top hat and cane for the wedding. He thinks it would be too OTT.

Guys we loved it!!!! My parents also loved it. Think we loved it even more than last time :) So that's it we have our venue :) :) :) :)

Thanks for the love ladies :) so so excited. And my dad asked me and James to godparents for little Luce last night so all in all a really good day!

Last day off plan today and then back on it tomorrow! Actually looking forward to it! xxxx

Thanks lovelies :) yes it is lovely!! The only downfall are bedrooms on reviews but they are just being refurbed so will all be done in plenty of time for the wedding :)

Haha scales make me laugh! I've had a very very naughty weekend to get it out my system for our 100% week and I've gone and lost a lb! Good start ;)

Weight 10st 3lbs

I sat down with James last night and explained how the clean eating/SW combo would work and he is up for giving it a try. We are also going to try to have bigger meals to help with snacking

Monday 6th October
RED
B - Sausage (7.5) Bacon (F) Mushrooms (SF) Tomatoes (SF)
L - Salad (SF): Mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, mushrooms, yellow pepper. Tuna (F) and olives for me (1)
S - Before bootcamp! Apple (James - SF) Cashews (Jess - 1/2 HeXB)
Postgym: Protein shake (5 for me, 6 James) with HExA
D - Fish (F) Veggies (SF)

Drinks: Coffee x2 (HeXA); Green Tea; Water

Syns: 13.5

It's a red day but we are struggling to have HeXB so next time I might make a nice salad dressing! If we don't have the 2 coffees and just one I'm going to just class this as an EE day

Does that sound correct?
