Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

Completed Day 5! Yays - I think i am going to need more than 10 days on level 1 though so may increase the days to 15 days. Will see how i get along and feel on day 10 :D

I missed a day yesterday - I'm convinced Jollians gonna tell me off when I get back to it today lol. Feel so guilty ha ha
I missed it in a weird way and am so hoping my efforts are reflected in Thursdays weigh in *fingers crossed*
 
Good Luck to anyone starting or has justed started the 30 day shred - Day 1/2 is definatly the worst but it does get a bit easier :D

I just completed Day 6 and i can do a little bit more time on the bicycle abs exercise! Yays! Its not the full minute but its still longer than the 30 seconds i can usually do :D
 
I am on day 9 now...only one more left on level one!!! (argh)

Its so much easier now and i think i am putting more effort in each day.

I started it last week and came down with a horrible cold. I only did one day. I'm waiting till I can breathe again and start it back up.
It wasn't easy and I am used to doing exercise.
Looking forward to starting it again. x
