Here goes, I thought I would start a food diary, I am signing up with WW tomorrow but thought as it is the start of the week I would start my diary today.

Breakfast
Porridge and honey made with water

Lunch
0 points vegetable soup, soda bread and pineapple and melon

dinner
100 grammes pork, 100 grammes pasta, mushrooms, peppers, onions.

Extras
Coffee x 10 cups
1pt semi skimmed milk
sugar free squash x 10 glasses

I am on 34 points daily, if anyone would like to point this for me I would be very grateful, plus my activity points will be for
20 mins 30 day shred which is 2 PP
30 mins cross trainer

Ok I joined WW last night and find I am supposed to be on 32 PP.

Breakfast
Porridge and honey 4 PP

Lunch
2 x malted bread without butter and 1/2 tin baked beans and mushrooms 9 PP

Dinner
Steak, salad and salad dressing with mushrooms 12 PP

Anytime
1/2 pt semi skimmed milk 4 PP
10 glasses sugar free squash 2 PP
Coffee made with milk from 1/2 pt 0PP
apple 0 PP
pear 0PP

total 31 PP with 1 left over. Saving my 49 weeklies as I have 2 nights out this weekend, but I am limiting myself to a couple of glasses of wine and diet lemonade.

I need some ideas for lunches if any one has any x x
 
Have you tried the Buttuernut Squash & Red Pepper soup, I think it is delicious and best of all no points.
 
Day 3

Breakfast
Porridge and honey, made with water 4 PP

Lunch
Ham salad and dressing with 1 flour tortilla. 9 PP

Dinner
Chicken with stirfry vegetables with a large pitta bread 10 PP

Anytime
Milk
Sugar free squash
coffee
apple
pear
mueseli bar
Total 9 PP

Meaning I will have used all my PP for the day, and it looks like there is plenty of food to keep me going.

I intend to do 20 Mins Jogging today at some point as I am working very late and by the time I get home and do all the things I have to do I haven't got time to go on do the 30 day shred DVD I have been doing :-(( I will have to catch up with it on the weekend
