Hi hunni and good luck on your sw journey. Just been looking at your food, did you realise the whole grain crisp breads are no longer a healthy extra b choice? I would hate to think you jeopardise your first weeks losses x

Do you know what crispbreads are healthy extras these days Hun? I have t got access to the slimming world website anymore :-(

You can have 3 ryvita multi grain if you want, most of the ryvitas are hexb, but range from 2-4, there is a hexb thread on here somewhere.

Food looks good so far, I'm only say this cause you're being so thorough, but on the first day, you had a mugshot & banana for lunch was there enough 1/3 superfree do you think? Otherwise you sound like you're doing fab, counting all syns & having hex's.;)

Hiya hun thanks for the info, I've been doing slimming world on and off for 8 years as I always go back to it to lose a stone here and there but have only been doing it at home as I know all the plans off by heart :) for the record the 1/3 or superfee food isn't a necessity but it helps in the long run to lose more weight but don't think that you have to have the 1/3 of superfee at every meal as it will still work on the odd occasion that you don't, just don't go overboard on the free foods :) xxx Week 1 11 stone 8 please read my diary here http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wo...joannes-hen-do-wedding-diary-2014-2015-a.html
 
Well I decided I would have a red day today because of my monster meaty evening meal Breakfast Oat so simple porridge HEB Semi skimmed milk HEA Ryvita cheese crispbread there so much more tastier! 1 syn Light Mayo tiny squeeze 1 syn image-1119671381.jpg image-144870349.jpg Lunch Panini with tuna and a bit of cheddar Small panini was 6 syns Tuna free Small bit of cheddar HEA 1/2 Coffee and milk HEA 1/2 Wotsits 5 syns image-702604916.jpg image-331971397.jpg Dinner BBQ no oil or anything BBQ fillet steak, chicken breast, bacon no fat Salad Mushrooms Potato HEB I couldn't even eat it all!
Oh I forgot the nandos sauce!! I put it on my plate but only had a tiny bit so don't know how many syns! Oops

This morn was Weetabix HEB with banana
And semi skimmed milk HEA

For lunch was a prawn and ham salad with a couple of potatoes half HEB and quiche 6 syns
Light mayo with a tiny squeeze of tom sauce 3 syns

Chicken and veg and a couple more boiled potatoes 1/2 HEB
