Lunch 1/2 syn For lunch I had melon and another muller light (1/2)
Dinner syns 4 Chicken Mash potato x2 t spoons of flora light, only ate a quarter so 1/2 a syn Super free salad with balsamic vinegar boiled egg View attachment 148620 For dessert I've decided to have a funny feet ice cream 3.5 syns mmm yum
For tea I've just bought a cooked chicken so going to have that with a bit of mash and veg or saladGood day so far . whats for tea? I was like that last night and had a second tea (tuna salad lol)





Aww you look lovely, as does the bride. Luckily I haven't gained anything from my wedding, still the same and I did have a massive plate full of food, I certainly didn't scrimp, it looked too good....I didn't have the desserts though that would have been a step to far for megood your back on track, you'll get rid of the little 2lb easily by next WI x
It seems that quite a few of us had blow outs over the weekendlike you, I'm getting back on plan now though! You can lose that 2lb easy x
