Joannes hen do and wedding diary 2014-2015

Yes it's a lady on here called Jess recipe
All I used was

A packet of oat so simple porridge oats

1 Beaten egg
X4 table spoons of sweetner
Bake in the oven on 190 for 15-20 mins

( mine cooked in 10 mins) but depends on how hard you want them x

Hmmm may have to try this with my muller light yoghurts

You just pipe it on a tray and put it in the freezer mmm looks yum

Mmm x5 syn mug cake looks good image-3734628143.jpg What you'll need: 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tbsp. no-calorie sweetener 2 tsp. cocoa powder 1/4 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. oil 1 drop of vanilla extract *Note if you want just a vanilla mug cake substitute the cocoa powder for extra flour.


Step one: Spray a mug or ramekin with cooking spray. In the cup combine the flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until no lumps remain. Stir in the milk, olive oil, and vanilla until smooth

Step two:
Bake in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. You may need to add 5-10 more seconds depending on your microwave. *Note: don't overcook or it will be rubbery! It should be moist on the bottom and will continue cooking as it sets.


Step three:
Serve with a side of syn free muller light, fruit or whatever you prefer!

I've had an off plan day

Well my breakfast went into lunch 5 syns?


Went out to the garden centre so had the healthiest option

A prawn salad not sure on the syns for the sauce though :-( image-1868823288.jpg I didn't eat the coleslaw

For tea I've had 17.5 syns ooops (down hill moment)

Half a potion of chicken and mushroom and boiled rice I'm going to go off the chinese thread on here and go with 5.5 syns for the meal

Im going to a 30th tomorrow at chester races so will be having alcohol again so il try and be extra good with food! Yesterday was a very boozy day at the races along with eating!!

For breakfast 0 syns

I had a wm roll with Philly light on and bacon

For lunch it was a tray of chips with a jumbo sausage

Then for dinner we went to zizzi and I had chicken with ham, potatoes and green beans in a white wine sauce

Then we went to frankie and bennies and had a warm chicken salad cooked in balsamic vinegar with a side of jacket potato with bacon and cheese HEA

For dinner I had a roast turkey dinner courtesy of mother it had cauliflower cheese on it! Only ate a bit as I didn't know how many syns I had to play with! Oh well here's hoping I can have a week of knowing what syns I'm having!

Gooooood morning slimmers


Well I've been away at bank holiday weekend so not had much chance to update my diary on here but will start again today :)

I'm expecting a gain after this week but back on track as from today :)

I've been doing well with the losses so I think a gain or a maintain is on the cards soon lol x
