Extra easy day I've read In the extra easy book that if your having a helathy extra with your meal it's not a necessity to have super free food, you can chose :) just an interesting point that I read Breakfast 0 syns Wm toast HEB With Philly light Part of HEA Bacon all fat removed X2 eggs in fry light Coffee with part HEA View attachment 149546 Lunch 6 syns Small sushi from co op I think these are (3) syns after looking online View attachment 149553 Muller light greek yoghurt (1/2) View attachment 149554 And a mini choc krisp cake (2.5) View attachment 149555

I've got to be soooo strict with myself around the krisp cakes haa! But how my mind works is not like my mums, I have to have crisps chocolates and other snacks in the house or if I didn't is crave them more and binge on them! If there on the house I only take a few or a piece at a time :) my mums the opposite she has to keep all that stuff out of the house or she would eat it all haa x

ALthough, I am slowly learning about a Mr Will Power who allows you to only have a little of something and then leave the rest or even ...... forget it exists :)
