Haha I knew what you meant. I'm from the Midlands... i.e. we take everyones lingo and throw in a bit of our own for good, confusing measure. It's referred to as a bap, cob, roll and muffin here. Half my family are from Doncaster and I have to admit it threw me the other weekend when my Grandma asked me to 'fetch the bread cakes'... the what? :confused: Hehe x

You only had 2 pieces of chocolate... How brave! Lol. I think if I bought a large bar I'd eat the lot. That's why I buy individual wrapped chocolates within syns lol x
 
Well my breakfast ran into my lunch oops! So gave myself 4 syns for mayo and had a jacket potato with tuna and salad image-2285456853.jpg For dinner I had a healthy ish take away 6 syns?? Lamb marinated in per peri sauce but there was only a bit of it but not sure on syns?? Well today has been a complete food disaster (I think) It started off well extra easy day Breakfast 0 syns Weetabix Banana Semi skimmed milk

part of HEA Coffee HEA Then it all went down hill we ate out all day We went to nandos (I thought I was being good by ordering).... Lunch (don't have a clue on syns) An avacado and green been salad with sliced chicken breast on the top to find out to my horror that avacado is full of syns so I had a couple of bites and gave he rest of the avacado to my mum !but god knows what the salad dressing was, it seamed like a vinaigrette one.

For dinner Rice shack in the trafford centre I tried to pick the healthiest option So went for chopped chicken and duck with jasmine rice, I painfully removed every ounce of fat and bone and only had a bit of the rice cos I think it was fried Then I had a Ben & jerrys greek style low fat raspberry yoghurt, the woman said it was 80 cals per serving so we will say 8 syns I had a small tub but it had choc in it to lol So today I will probably say in was an off plan day even though I tried to be good I didn't have a clue on the syns even though I tried to work them out :-( ah well start again Tomos Week 1 11 stone 8 week 2 11 stone 6.5 week 3 11 stone 6 week 4 11 stone 7 Read my diary here http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wo...joannes-hen-do-wedding-diary-2014-2015-a.html
