Day 3 of this plan and feeling really good!! Amazing how many new foods I have triedin just a few days, and really enjoyed.....

Here's todays menu!!

Breakfast: Sliced chicken, Oatbran made with skimmed milk and vanilla

Lunch: Chicken thighs, boiled eggs, smoked mackerel, fat free cottage cheese and crab sticks

Snack: Chicken thigh

Dinner: Steak and tuna


2.5 litres water throughout day!
 
Attack day 4..........

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, oat bran & skimmed milk

Lunch: Fat free cottage cheese, salmon, white fish

Dinner: Smoked hoki, chicken breast, Natural fat free yogurt
 
Good choices except maybe the crab sticks. Check out Atropos' thread in the main section. Good luck with your Dukan weight loss journey. :)Xx
 
I have given the crab sticks up already after reading that post earlier!!

It's a shame bcause they are delicious lol!!
 
Yesterdays Menu was.....

Breakfast: Oat Bran porridge

Lunch: Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon & 2 chicken drumsticks (skin removed)

Tea: 1/2 roast chicken, Bowl of fat free natural yogurt with a sprinkle of sweetener

Looking back, I didn't eat very much.....ooops.....wasn't hungry, but will make a concious effort to eat more protein today!!
 
Todays menu is going to be.....

Breakfast: Oat bran gallette

Snack: Portion of cottage cheese (FF of course!)

Lunch: Mackerel fillet, tuna and bolied egg

Tea: Chicken breast & meatballs made from extra lean mince

Thanks Maintainer!!! I was worried about getting bored on attack but am still enjoying it......feel a little apprehensive about eating veg again, but reading through everyones success stories has put my mind at ease!!
 
Final Day of Attack!!

Breakfast: Oat Bran porrideg with cinnamon and sweetener

Snack: Slice of beef

Lunch: Tuna, boiled eggs, Slice of beef

Tea: Kippers (?) Hope these are ok!, chicken breast, cottage cheese, Natural yogurt with sweetener and cinnamon
