Hi, i joined SW in May 2010 and was doing really well until just before christmas when the lbs started to creep back on. And i gained a staggering 9lbs over the christmas break. I was gutted to say the least but it was also my 40th so i suppose it was to be expected. Anyway i have struggled to get back on track, i have been following plan 100 % for the past 2 1/2 weeks and thought if i started posting my food diaries every day then it would help me keep on track, enough wittering on , so here goes.
I have been on a red day today
Breakfast,
Apple, Banana, Piece of Pineapple, WW Yogurt
Lunch
Tuna with red onion and sweetcorn in 2TBSP ELF Mayo (1 Syn) and salad
Tea
Steak, 198g New Potatoes (HE B) Roasted mediterranean Vegetables,
Quark mixed with options (2 syns) and strawberries

Snacks
5 laughing cow lights (HE A) on 6 Ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (HE B)
Turkish Delight Options Drink ( 2 Syns)
Aero Bubbleball Ice Cream (5 1/2 syns)

Total syns used = 10 1/2

Today i have managed to stick to plan 100% really pleased

Breakfast
Bacon, Egg & Tinned Tomatoes

Lunch
Morrisons lamb shank in minted gravy, carrot & swede mash, broccoli, cauliflower, 100g roast parsnips (4 syns)
Baked apple with 1 tbsp mincemeat (HE B) and 2 tbsp ww creme fraiche (1 syn)

Tea
SW KFC (2 slices wholemeal bread from small loaf for breadcrumbs HE B) with Cheesy coleslaw (white cabbage, carrot, onion, 4 tbsp elf mayo (2 syns) and 42g low fat cheese (HE A)

Snack
Aero bubbleball ice cream (5 syns)

Total syns 12

Tin of sardines in tomato sauce
Big mixed salad
5 laughing cow lights (HE A)
ww yogurt & banana
Tea
SW Donner with wholemeal pitta (HE B) yoghurt & mint sauce, Garlic and herb light philli mixed with a little fat free yogurt (2 1/2 syns) cabbage, onion, tomato and cucumber.
Quick quark cheesecake made with 2 options sachets (4 syns) and 2 alpen light bars (HE B)

Stuck to plan 100% but have felt a bid off today so some of my meal choices have been a bit bizarre
